Today starts Womens Health Week, an annual event in the US with the aim to raise awareness about the manageable steps women can take to improve their health and lifestyle.

Make your health a priority and take care of yourself! I know this is different when you are diagnosed with cancer or another illness so talk to your doctor. Maybe if you can pick one this week to work on! Most importantly take care of yourself!
