Got scanxiety? You are not alone…Workshop

Got scanxiety? You are not alone…

If you’ve ever heard the words “You have cancer”, you’ve likely also experienced crippling waves of fear and anxiety – especially when it comes to medical testing, scans, and appointments.

In reality, scans are here to support us – to let us know what is going on in our bodies so we can determine the best path for healing. Yet the mind often forgets this and spirals into scary “what if” scripts…“What if the cancer has spread? What if I get bad news? What if I can’t handle it?”

With 9 years in Cancer Land and scans every 3-4 months, I’ve gotten very intimate with scanxiety and now have an evolving healing toolbox to support my sweet self. This inner work has helped me realize that no matter what happens… “We’ve got this.”

Join me for a NEW Cancer Thriver Workshop:

  • Learn my top tips + tricks for dealing with scanxiety

  • Explore my favorite mindset practice, The Work of Byron Katie

  • Calm your nervous system with meditation + inquiry

  • Understand the root cause of fear, creating more compassion + resilience

  • Connect with a supportive, like-minded community who gets it

  • Get equipped with resources to continue your practice

Can’t join live? No worries! You’ll also receive the recording, bonus meditations, self-inquiry guide, coaching discounts, and more healing resources.
