Meet Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren—a wife, mom of two, breast cancer survivor, and the founder of Liv & Let and Giv Shoppe.
After being diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer at 29, I discovered how difficult it was to find trusted information, practical resources, and support for young adults navigating cancer. That experience inspired me to create Liv & Let, a place where people can find education, community, and hope before, during, and beyond a diagnosis.
Today, my work focuses on helping others reduce risk, support healing, and embrace lifelong wellness through trusted resources, thoughtful gifts, and meaningful experiences.
When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking, traveling, making music, exploring natural wellness, or spending time with my husband and our two children.
