I felt they were important to spread especially because I need to learn to set the bar high for myself and no one else! I don’t need to be competing with others. I need to focus on me and what I have! So let’s do it together TODAY! Remember that we are our own competition! Don’t compare yourself to the woman next door or the woman in the seat next to you.
