“Just keep swimming, just keep swimming…” I thought of Dory when I read this quote. She may not remember much after it happens, which is me most days, however she does remember what’s important and the things that keep her going.. Don’t stop, Don’t give up, Keep Going in everything you do.
It’s the only way you will learn and make it to the next step. My dad told me as a perfectionist that he “stopped looking for things to be perfect, but to show signs of progress.” This makes sense and as a perfectionist myself I’m going to do the same this year. You can’t see the progress if you don’t keep going. So… “just keep swimming, walking, running, living, doing and going.” I am here for you.
