I recently watch Tony Robbins on Netflix and I really wish I had watched this years ago. This statement touched me and I wanted to share it. I felt these words were so beautiful and I reflected on them as I am learning a lot about my growth over the past 6 years and the trials and tribulations that have been a part of my 35 years of life. Growing is a beautiful thing, however we all have so many personalities, mental and emotional states, that growing can be really tough pending on how we all handle each step.

I’m learning a lot about the peaks and valleys that I have experienced and the growth I’ve had over the years. I may not have liked majority of the tough growth however it got me to a place where I am now able to talk about it and acknowledge it. Doing so has allowed me to give back and share my story.

This year, let’s all grow together so we can give! Give to ourselves and give to each other with our hearts, mind, voice, ears and all the love we have.
