Five years ago, I entered this week thinking about the size of my chest and how it would be altered again. The expanders that were put in after my breast surgery would be removed and implants would be placed. I went in for cc injections for the next following weeks until I felt comfortable with the size of my chest. My body may have changed again, but I had to remind myself that I had it in me to move forward.

You can be tall or short, fat or thin, flat or double d cup. This doesn’t matter. What matters is who you are as a person - your heart and your character and how you use it each and every day.

Today we enter into another week of January and everyone has their own agenda to look forward to or to get through. Keep your heart open to all those around you and be kind to yourself!
