F45: Strive for a Cure
Local to the South Bay? Save the date for a beach workout event hosted by F45 Gym on October 16th. With two donation-based classes, you'll have the chance to win some amazing prizes all while getting a workout in and supporting breast cancer research. No registration is required- classes will be held on the sand on 1st street in Manhattan Beach starting at 10:00am. So grab your workout mat and get ready to sweat for a cure for breast cancer.
