Kristen Carbone, Founder & CEO, Brilliantly: Brilliantly is a platform dedicated to addressing the long-term quality-of-life challenges that breast cancer survivors face. Their first product, Brilliantly Warm, is a warming wearable for women who have had breast implant reconstruction after a mastectomy. Prior to founding Brilliantly, Kristen spent a decade in curatorial departments in museums across New York and New England. A writer, public speaker, and solution-finder, Kristen serves on the advisory board for The Breasties and is a member of Dreamers & Doers, The Fourth Floor, and Female Founders Collective. Kristen is committed to making the lives of the people around her more comfortable, fulfilling, and beautiful. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island with her two children. 

Meridith Cass, Founder & CEO, Nix Biosensors: Nix’s initial product is a sweat sensor that provides hydration data to athletes, soldiers, and laborers, as well as electrolyte loss levels in real-time. Meridith is a serial company starter and previously worked with several Boston and New York-based venture capital firms in creating seven life science and consumer startups. Meridith is a college basketball player-turned-marathoner who has completed nine marathons. She earned her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College where she received the Anna Pell Wheeler Prize for Mathematics, and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Meridith is a Kauffman Fellow and a Harvard Business School Blavatnik Fellow.

Samantha Rudolph, Co-Founder & CEO, Babyation: Babyation is a venture-backed startup that thoughtfully improves products for the most intimate areas of the body so that women can live their best lives as they work, play, parent, and age. Prior to Babyation, Sam spent nine years as a serial entrepreneur within ESPN, where she launched a variety of products, departments, and technologies. Sam subsequently leveraged her expertise in sports data and video platforms as a consultant for private equity firms and management consulting companies. She graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Sam is a lead mentor for Stadia Ventures startup accelerator and is the treasurer of the St. Louis Breastfeeding Coalition. She is also a mom to two boys, Exton and Oden.
