A cancer diagnosis may change out you think and live, but unfortunately it will change your body and how you look at it. “Will I still be able to do what I did before my diagnosis?” “What will my new normal be like?”

You learn ore about yourself and it’s not just about the outside but the inside. It’s hard because your body - hair, face, legs, arms - are a part of how people identify you and how you identify yourself.

You may go through chemo, surgery, radiation and each will change your body in different ways. I want to help you love yourself no matter what those changes. Let’s rock the bald, be ok with our new chest - reconstructed or flat and move in the best way we know how to.
