Chaos - In a state of utter confusion
Receiving a cancer diagnosis can certainly bring chaos to ones life - trying to understand the diagnosis (why, how) and learning the details of treatment (who, what, when). I remember after the first few appointments my head was spinning. I didn’t want to hear anything anyone was telling me because it made it that more real. I didn’t want to look like a cancer patient so it was best to stay strong and keep my emotions inside.
I realized though how important it is to talk to someone, meditate, self care and show the chaos. We need to wear our chaos on our sleeves sometimes. Showing our emotions on the outside can only help the fight - mentally and physically. Let’s show our emotions for all to see! You are not alone in this fight.
